These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and tools operated by CDev (“we”, “us”), including chuongle.dev and related marketing and scheduling tools used to publish content to connected social platforms.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We provide independent mobile apps and related web tools for creators and marketers, including the ability to schedule and publish content to third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Threads, and Bluesky) when you connect your own accounts.
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the content you publish, and compliance with each platform’s terms and community guidelines. You grant us permission to act on your behalf only as needed to perform the actions you request (for example, uploading a video you chose to publish).
You may not use the services to publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content, to spam, or to circumvent platform or security controls.
Third-party platforms are not controlled by us. Their availability, APIs, and policies may change. We are not liable for platform outages, account actions, or policy enforcement by those platforms.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to provide the services.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
